Although it shows plenty of gutsy tannin, there's enough fruity flesh to cover the bones, and this well-integrated wine will prove interesting and flattering with a wide range of robust foods. There is a brilliant clarity to this wine, evident in the bright light gold color, low intensity lemon zest and a subtle hint of acacia in the aromatics.
