BOOST Gymnastics Open Gym is a time for gymnasts to review and refine skills appropriate to their level or just come and spend some free time playing in the gym. Develop self-worth and caring attitude toward others. All Star Competitive Cheerleading is designed for performance driven cheerleaders and tumblers to showcase their skills as part of a competitive team. Alongside it also includes using our brand new NINJA OBSTACLE COURSE to put their newfound ninja skills to the test. Our Saturday Skill Clinics are 2 hour classes focused on a specific skill. Small student-to-coach ratios allow for individual attention. Courage and perseverance. Date Night Drop-Off includes dinner, fun, games, and gymnastics on the bars, vaults, spring floors, and loose foam pit.
