It's not the cluster, pump or pump harness so I'm now searching for a loose or pulled ground wire. Also the 30A fuse is far to big for the fuel pump and the stock power lead, if something goes wrong you will have a fire, the stock power lead will burn almost instantly. The circuit seem to be open somewhere - you just need to find out where it is. Bring it to the back of the jeep plug it in and it still doesn't try to prime.
