Honestly, I've only given it four stars because sometimes the Wash room isn't clean or toilets clogged, but I wash my stuff at night so I'm not too critical. The bathrooms are maintained better then all the other laundromats. You do your laundry here! The mobile app is the only way to go! I was able to sell the remaining tokens to another customer at cost. Floors were clean, machines were very well maintained. Nothing but good things to say about this place.
I enjoy the variety of options for wash, and the free dryers are a bonus!! And if space is limited, we offer stacked washer/dryer units and all-in-one washer/dryer combos. I would travel miles if I had to just to do my laundry here, luckily I don't have to but still have a hop, skip, jump, and bus ride to do my laundry at the marion the moment I walk into the facility I am greeted by the employee and it feels like we're a family employee is very helpful with all the needs that one may need and seems to have all the answers when questioned. I do my laundry overnight, so it being so clean really makes me comfortable doing my laundry.
