I'm with you on the HP trans oil, I have run that in all my 2 stroke transmissions since the 90s and it's great stuff! Yamalube has been my goto for premix. Transmission fluid is different than rear end fluid because the gears and sometimes syncro requirement are different in a trans. The red bottle, HP Trans, will work in the trans side. I am concidering changeing to something diffrent that is more avalible here. If you're not having any issues why switch? I did use Rotella in the crankcase on the CRF450s I've had (separate crankcase/trans case). D. i used that oil in my crf450 tranny all the time. Priced right in stock.
