I recommend these, are easy to install, and inexpensive (my opinion). Cat, I thank you for your knowledge, insight and help to all of us hear on the forum. Some times bolt lift is improved by as much as%50 though most tend to be in the%20-30 range. We've taken it out a few times to the range and put maybe 50-60 rounds through it, using a couple different brands of ammo. Like, u have to use more then what u should.
Granted, I'm not using expensive ammo.
