It did this six mo ago and was a problem with a ground wire found under the dash on the passenger side. My fuel pump is not clicking when I try to start the car. There's either an internal issue with the fuse block itself, or you have an open circuit somewhere between the fuse block and the pump itself. All times are GMT +1.
