Pump quit, plenty of fluid, no vacuum, just no juice. When the switch is operated, there is no voltage at the motor. Have you checked for something as simple as a loose connection at the washer reservoir where the wiring connects for the pump? Check the fuse first. Car is at the dealer right now. Dealer must have diluted fluid with water, which raises the freezing point. Yeah, the fuse numbering image is lacking, but I'd expect to see something on the cover to be a bit easier to read.
