You need people that are resilient, that have grit and that can adapt to change, because the world is changing quite quickly. It's been such a strong demand environment as we've bounced from COVID lows, as economies have opened up. We saw through the proxy season last year, we just saw it again recently, you know, a company we are invested in, as there was a proxy vote on your scope three emissions disclosure, and you know, these are now passing. Like you said, your questions have been evolving and you're asking better questions now, and so they need to come up with good answers. So frankly, I don't really have much time outside of those. So it's not kind of one thing, and there's certainly no one size fits all. So first of all, I'd say it gets tested all the time. But yeah, I think one of the big issues that is very much a struggle today, it goes back to what we were talking about earlier with the number of technologies and solutions that are still nascent, that in some cases some of the pathways, especially from some of the heavy polluting industries, there isn't a simple solution today. Again, it's sort of, to my eye anyway, going largely mainstream now. At MFS, actually one of the kindest things, again, unprompted was in one of my visits to Japan, where we were seeing some clients there, I was mentioning the fact that my boys love Pokemon. So it really does matter how people are treated with kind of that, the quality and the fair pay, and these different, these different angles. And then I love hiking so that thinking after the reading, I'm thinking of trying to understand art and artists and ideas from all different spheres. What does a high-quality plan entail for you?
