I was told that I cannot receive a refund for those months and that those credits had expired after 90 days. They would not use my gift card on my account. I was ready by 5 and my massage did not start till 5:07 and then she was done at 5:51. We showed up early for our appointment and were instructed to fill out lengthy forms with ridiculous questions. During the massage she handled my arms and legs roughly while moving me into different positions. It wasn't a big deal for me because I was really busy at that time. Not only is the staff very polite and friendly but also very professional!
Why would a masseuse does hand gestures while chatting, when only person in that room is facing down on a massage table with eyes shut??? After buying a membership there and scheduling my massages for months out in advance since I travel every week Monday through Friday I got a call saying my massage therapist schedule is changing in two weeks. Hand & Stone stopped servicing clients at this location in early February 2020 due to COVID-19, my checking account was debited on February 1 for $64. I don't know why Daniel would supposedly put in his notes that he didn't want me as a customer. Cheryl M. Salt massage is amazing. Not saying all masseuse are the same in this facility. She had great knowledge of anatomy, and really focused on the knots I had.
