I would love info and advice about different options (tae kwon do versus karate versus...? They do have belt tests, and the kids generally get excited about that, but these tests do not cost money, and there is no pressure--kids progress at their own rate. The martial arts is an exciting discipline to be a part of. It helped one son with ADD become more level-headed, less impulsive. Great with both girls and boys.
